FPSO Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (FVSB) is a local
Malaysian company incorporated on 25th July 2003 formed exclusively
to pursue "Operations & Maintenance" services
opportunities and initiatives for offshore floating systems
such as Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO)
and Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) vessels. |

FVSB is a subsidiary of MISC Berhad (MISC),
(formerly known as "Malaysia International Shipping Corporation
Berhad"), Malaysia's leading logistic and shipping company.
FVSB currently performs Operations & Maintenance services
mainly for FPSO's / FSO's owned by MISC Bhd. |

FVSB officially commenced its business on 1st August 2003 and
is licensed with Petronas. It currently operates two (2)
FPSOs and three (3) FSOs at offshore Terengganu, in Peninsular
Malaysia; and offshore East Malaysia. |
