It is the policy of FVSB that we shall endeavour to minimise the risk to health, safety and environment arising from our activities to AS LOW AS REASONABLY PRACTICABLE.

No one is allowed at any time to put himself / herself, their colleagues, our guests, our facilities or our operations in INTOLERABLE RISK.

If the task, activity or operation is deemed to have an INTOLERABLE RISK, it SHALL NOT be executed. No one shall be penalised for refusing to perform his or her duties if the risk arising from executing the duties is considered to be INTOLERABLE.

In addition to our commitment for ensuring the safety to all including the environment, this STOP WORK POLICY is also in line with the requirements of the OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT (Act 514) 1994.
