FPSO Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (FVSB) was incorporated in 2003 to pursue Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services opportunities and initiatives for offshore floating systems. We are an affiliate of MISC Berhad, Malaysia’s leading logistics and shipping company listed on the KLSE main board.
We commenced our first O&M management contract in 2005 for the FPSO Bunga Kertas in the Penara and North Lukut Fields for PETRONAS Carigali. Since then, we have been progressively increasing our portfolio of managed assets and are currently the largest operator of floating production systems in oilfields throughout Malaysia. Today, almost 25% of the nation’s domestic oil production is managed through FVSB operated facilities.

Our Experience
We commenced operations on the FPSO Bunga Kertas in 2005 and we have since expanded our portfolio to the Operations & Maintenance of 11 facilities consisting of one FLNG, four FPSO’s, five FSO’s and one set of two Mobile Production Units (“MOPU”).
