Our O&M services can be applied to the operations of fixed facilities (platforms) and floating facilities (FPSOs/FSOs) including the operations and maintenance of Marine and Production systems and shorebase and supply base operations support.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE PHASE
- Management and scheduling of day-to-day operations of facilities
- Planning and scheduling of all major maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, planned shutdown and unscheduled repairs

OPERATIONAL READINESS AND ASSURANCE PHASE
- Management and scheduling of day-to-day operations of facilities
- Setting up fully competent operations teams for both onshore and offshore works
- Developing operating procedures, safety management systems, training and competency assurance
- Preparing and procuring specialised services, equipment, tools, spare parts and consumables
- Setting up onshore infrastructure, including warehousing and logistics support requirements
- Coordinating third party services such as catering and marine support services
- Assignment of O&M team to fabrication yard for familiarisation session with facilities under construction or conversion
- Provision of relevant key training in areas such as HSEQ modules, BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), crane operations, damage control and emergency responses
- Pre-start audits
- Commissioning and start-up activities

DEMOBILISATION PHASE
- Preparation for removal of facilities from the oil field
- Cleaning out tanks, process vessels, decommissioning and preservation of systems and machineries
- Hand over to asset owner
